Extra Space Storage - 6101 - Enfield - Lovejoy Brook Rd - Annex

I have had a very good experience so far with extra space storage. Terry and Liz have been very kind and friendly to speak with. They are responsive and knowledgeable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the high cost and inability to make partial payments on the Web site/ App.

Extra Space storage units are clean and as described. A special thanks to Terri, Assistant Manager! She was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate! I highly recommend her and Extra Space Storage!

Terri at Extra space is always able to walk me through any issues or concerns with payment issues, and works with me by letting me pay a few days later if the bill pay date falls outside of a pay week. I really appreciate all the effort Terri and Extra Space put in for me.

The facilities at Extra Space Storage are excellent: clean, dry, rodent free, with easy access. However, I would recommend this company only for short term storage as they raise their rent around 30% every few months. I was in my unit for just short of two years and in that time my rent doubled. They entice you with an attractive discount rate but you are soon paying more than the competitive storage companies. They would do better to set a competitive rate and hold it for a year. Their current method invites a high turnover of low rent tenants.

Terri made the process of confirming the storage units easy. The discussion about various options, payment and the instructions provided about accessing the units was simple and clear. Thank you!
